Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Yoho Lifestyle account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

  Package the Item

  Place the item in its original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and the invoice included to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A representative from our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide you with a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
